Where do you deliver?+
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. A flat $10 shipping charge applies per order.
How can I pay?+
Cash on Delivery is available. Pay for your order when it is delivered. Your order confirmation shows the full amount due, including the $10 delivery charge.
Can I change or cancel an order?+
Contact us as soon as possible using the contact form. Include your order number. We will confirm whether a change is possible before dispatch.
How do I track my order?+
Sign in to My Account to view order status. If you checked out as a guest, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
Please keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the issue and explain the available next steps.
Can I return an item?+
